Hanno Valve high quality Manual Gate Valves are mainly composed of opening and closing parts (wedge), valve seat, valve stem and handwheel. The direction of motion of the ram is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, and the stem is driven by rotating the handwheel to open or close the wedge. Manual operation makes the switching process relatively easy and does not require a great deal of force.

Rotate the handwheel to lift or lower the valve plate connected to the valve stem through the thread of the handwheel and valve stem, achieving the function of opening and closing.

Lightweight: The body is made of high-grade ductile black cast iron, which reduces the weight by about 20% to 30% compared to traditional gate valves, and is easy to install and maintain.
Flat bottomed gate seat: Traditional gate valves often accumulate in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to external objects such as stones, wooden blocks, cement, iron filings, and debris after flushing the pipe, which can easily cause leakage due to inability to close tightly. The bottom of the elastic seat sealed gate valve adopts the same flat bottomed design as the water pipe machine, which is not easy to cause debris accumulation and allows fluid to flow smoothly.
Overall rubber coating: The gate is made of high-quality rubber for both internal and external coating. European rubber vulcanization technology ensures precise geometric dimensions of the vulcanized gate, and the rubber is firmly attached to the ductile iron gate, making it less likely to fall off and having good elasticity.
Precision cast valve body: The valve body is made of precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions ensure the sealing of the valve without any precision machining inside the valve body.
